Delivery

Your order will be processed within 24 hours from receiving. You will receive the confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched you can track the package. Moreover, the courier will contact you to confirm the delivery time. If delivery is not possible, the customer services team will contact you as soon as possible.

For all locations in the UK, we are offering standard delivery (two) 2-5 (five) working days at cost of £3.50. Free if you spend over £100.

Please note that we do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday or on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Friday after 5pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like, according to the region. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you. Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option.

Please make sure your address, telephone number, and email are correct, before placing an order. Whimsdeluxe.com is not responsible for any incorrect information, such as shipping address is incorrect, unavailable, or incomplete, phone number or email address are invalid or unavailable.

We are carefully taking care for your orders, as per Covid-19 health and safety guidance we will sterilize the packages. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer service.

Return policy

If by any reason you are not happy with the product you have the rights to return it back or exchange. Please return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in original condition. This means the item should be unworn, with the label attached, swing ticket, original box, not damaged, soiled, ironed or washed. Then, we will either exchange it providing the item is still available or issue a refund for the full amount the item was purchased for. Once we receive the item and after revision, we will be able to proceed refund in up to 14 working days.

We are only able to refund the goods which are found to be not faulty. You will need to pay the returns postage, unless you received a wrong item, and this is clearly our mistake. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, please Contact Us as soon as you receive the goods, so that we can discuss further actions. For your own safety, we do recommend using a trusted courier or Royal Mail, so your goods are insured to their full value and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. If we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future.
